If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booked service total. * The $30 booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred for late cancellations or no-shows. * No-shows are also responsible for the 30% cancellation fee. * Future appointments may not be booked until any outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.
